The media has done a fantastic job of being the Democrat Party’s mouth piece in our country. The establishment GOP is not the most likeable or trustworthy to begin with, but Democrats throughout our nation’s history have been the perpetrators of most of the ill that has befallen the African American community. Yet, typically, right around 90% of the black vote in a presidential election goes to a Democrat. In fact, according to National Review:
“On the national level, Democrats typically get around 90 percent of the black vote, even when a black man isn’t running for president as a Democrat. Al Gore got 92 percent of the black vote in 2000; John Kerry got 88 percent in 2004.”
So, what does all of this mean? Well, when you factor in the percentage of the prison population that is black, the percentage of the black population on some type of entitlement program and the percentage of abortions each year that come from African American’s, it means that the Democrats have done a fantastic job of trading “stuff” for blind trust among the black population in the USA and it is high time they were called on the carpet for what their party REALLY is…the party of Racism. What follows are three key facts that most don’t know about what the Democrats have done over the history of our country to persecute the black community. Why aren’t these facts widely known? Schools aren’t teaching them, reporters aren’t talking about them, and politicians are doing all they can to pretend they never happened…
1. Hitler, Margaret Sanger and What “Choice” Really Means
Population control is a politically correct term for genocide in the name of creating a perfect race. We see what this did to the Jews in the early twentieth century and we see what it has done in places like Rwanda and other parts of Europe and Asia over World History. What about the USA? We don’t see anything like that here do we? Enter in Planned Parenthood. Margaret Sanger, the founder of Planned Parenthood is held up amongst liberals as a hero for women who championed a woman’s right to choose. While that is a convenient spin on what she actually did, it is as far from the truth as you can possibly get. On the website BlackGenocide.org, they describe in detail what Sanger’s actual goals were:
“…Margaret Sanger spoke of sterilizing those she designated as “unfit,” a plan she said would be the “salvation of American civilization: And she also spoke of those who were “irresponsible and reckless,” among whom she included those ” whose religious scruples prevent their exercising control over their numbers.” She further contended that “there is no doubt in the minds of all thinking people that the procreation of this group should be stopped.” That many Americans of African origin constituted a segment of Sanger considered “unfit” cannot be easily refuted. While Planned Parenthood’s current apologists try to place some distance between the eugenics and birth control movements, history definitively says otherwise. The eugenic theme figured prominently in the Birth Control Review, which Sanger founded in 1917. She published such articles as “Some Moral Aspects of Eugenics” (June 1920), “The Eugenic Conscience” (February 1921), “The purpose of Eugenics” (December 1924), “Birth Control and Positive Eugenics” (July 1925), “Birth Control: The True Eugenics” (August 1928), and many others.”
It is pretty clear that Sanger was a big fan of controlling the population of who she deemed unfit, and it is even clearer that the African American population was one of the groups she intended to target. When looking at the numbers, African Americans make up 12.4% of the USA’s population according to the 2010 US Census, but 35.4% of all abortions. Doing a little figuring, some have estimated that nearly 17 million abortions since 1973 have been black babies. That is a stunning figure and it means that while the black population continues to focus on “police brutality” and “racism from rich white men”, they are actually experiencing a genocide that triples what Hitler did to the Jews in World War II.
2. The REAL proponents of slavery
Another falsehood perpetrated by the media and the public school system is the idea that Republicans were widely responsible for the slavery continuing as long as it did in our nation. The facts simply don’t support that, but despite the length of time since slavery being abolished, it is still a fresh wound for many African Americans in our nation and it is a wound they blame on Republicans. Here are some facts (from www.theamericanparty.blogspot.com):
September 22, 1862: Republican President Abraham Lincoln issues preliminary Emancipation Proclamation.
January 1, 1863: Emancipation Proclamation, implementing the Republicans’ Confiscation Act of 1862, takes effect: The Democratic Party continues to Support Slavery.
February 9, 1864: Susan B. Anthony and Elizabeth Cady Stanton deliver over 100,000 signatures to U.S. Senate supporting Republicans’ plans for constitutional amendment to ban slavery.
June 15, 1864: Republican Congress votes equal pay for African-American troops serving in U.S. Army during Civil War.
January 31, 1865: 13th Amendment banning slavery passed by U.S. House with unanimous Republican support, intense Democrat opposition: Republican Party Support: 100% Democratic Party Support: 23%.
April 8, 1865: 13th Amendment banning slavery passed by U.S. Senate: Republican support 100% Democrat support 37%.
November 22, 1865: Republicans denounce Democrat legislature of Mississippi for enacting “black codes” which institutionalized racial discrimination.
December 6, 1865: Republican Party’s 13th Amendment, banning slavery, is ratified.
May 10, 1866: U.S. House passes Republicans’ 14th Amendment guaranteeing due process and equal protection of the laws to all citizens; 100% of Democrats vote no.
July 16, 1866: Republican Congress overrides Democrat President Andrew Johnson’s veto of Freedman’s Bureau Act, which protected former slaves from black codes denying their rights. Black Codes- Enacted in 1865 and 1866, the laws were designed to replace the social controls of slavery that had been removed by the Emancipation Proclamation and the Thirteenth Amendment to the Constitution.
July 30, 1866: Democrat-controlled City of New Orleans orders police to storm racially-integrated Republican meeting; raid kills 40 and wounds more than 150.
March 30, 1868: Republicans begin impeachment trial of Democrat President Andrew Johnson, who declared: “This is a country for white men, and by God, as long as I am President; it shall be a government of white men”.
1868 (July 9): 14th Amendment passes and recognizes newly freed slaves as U.S. Citizens: Republican Party Support: 94% Democratic Party Support: 0%.
The shocking lack of support in the form of 0% from the Democrat Party support in the passing of the 14th amendment says volumes about the way the Democrat Party felt about the African American population in the nation. How did we get to the point where Republican’s took the blame for the lack of civil rights for blacks in our nation? When a lie is repeated enough times, it starts to be believed as truth. This is never truer than when the media, who is supposed to be “bias free”, repeats the lie KNOWING IT IS A LIE with the intention of misleading the populations
3. Overcriminalization and Prison Population influenced by ‘Victim” Mentality Perpetrated by Democrats
What’s a guy to do when he has even the president of the United States telling him that our country simply isn’t fair, and everyone is a racist? A “victim mentality” pushes one to believe that you deserve special treatment because you have been wronged. It is just a quick jump to being “above the law”, and before you know it you are in jail. The African American population has no excuse for breaking the law, but they do have powerful black Americans telling them that they are being screwed over by the USA everyday and that they deserve to be better off because of what has been done to blacks in our nation’s history. As discussed above, African American’s make up around 13% of the US population, however, they make up 40% of the prison population. Clearly, legislators running wild and making more laws is not the answer, but while folks like Obama are complaining about being mistaken for a valet due to the nation’s inherent racism, there is a Congress in session making laws that are simply too many to keep up with. African American’s end up bearing the brunt of this because they already make up so much of the prison population and therefore, much like the kid that is perpetually a problem in class, are put under an authoritarian microscope and labeled as a societal problem. We must end this issue by focusing on:
- Repealing unneeded laws
- Increasing punishments for violent offenses
- Eliminating punishments for victimless crimes
The sad fact is that recidivism rates are high, and those heading to jail for the first time are learning new and better ways to commit crimes. If we hope to end the cycle of poverty that is clearly pronounced in the black community, we must address this overcriminalization problem and end the “actions” that land people in jail to begin with.
So when it is all said and done, African Americans have no real reason to trust anything coming from the mouths of Democrats. The left have been the mechanism that has made it so hard for blacks to achieve equality to begin with, and at every turn have tried to make the process considerably harder if not impossible. The fact that a media presence is firmly established for the “right” and the rise of the conservative blog should enable us to combat the lies form the left becoming accepted as fact. We must start actively exposing the disingenuousness of the left wing media and making sure that when lies are told, those journalists, activists and politicians are shamed to a point that they never try to pass erroneous information on as fact again. That should eliminate much of what MSNBC and CNN have to air on their stations, but hey, that’s a risk I think we should be willing to take.
